Ameer Venture — Organiser & Founding Host is the data controller for personal information collected through this website for the Kenya–Saudi Investment & Real Estate Expo 2026, held 9 – 11 October 2026 at Sarit Expo Centre, Loita Hall, Nairobi, Kenya.
Registration and enquiry forms collect your name, email address, telephone number, country and city, organisation, role, website, sector of interest and the type of participation you request (visitor, exhibitor or sponsor).
We also record technical information such as the date and time of submission and, where analytics is enabled, aggregated usage statistics. We do not send your name, email address or telephone number to analytics providers.
To process your registration or enquiry and issue your registration reference and entry pass.
To contact you about your participation, including package details, invoices where applicable, and logistics updates.
To send event communications you have agreed to receive, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We process your data to perform the service you requested and, for marketing communications, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We share data only with service providers that host our website, database and email delivery, and with our accredited event operations partners where it is required to deliver your participation. We do not sell personal data.
Registration records are retained for the duration of the event cycle and for up to 24 months afterwards, or longer where accounting or legal requirements apply.
