Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. The event

These terms govern participation in the Kenya–Saudi Investment & Real Estate Expo 2026, held 9 – 11 October 2026 at Sarit Expo Centre, Loita Hall, Nairobi, Kenya, organised by Ameer Venture — Organiser & Founding Host.

2. Registration

Registration is confirmed when a registration reference is issued. A registration reference confirms your record with the organiser; it does not by itself confirm payment of any applicable fee.

You must provide accurate information. The organiser may decline or cancel a registration that contains false information or breaches these terms.

3. Exhibition and sponsorship

Exhibition space and sponsorship are allocated by written agreement with the organiser. Package details and pricing are issued on request and confirmed in that agreement.

Stand allocation, layout and hall assignment remain at the organiser's discretion and may be adjusted for operational or safety reasons.

4. Payment

Where a fee applies, payment terms are set out in the invoice issued to you. Participation may be withheld until amounts due are settled.

5. Cancellation and changes

The organiser may change the programme, speakers, layout or timings, and may postpone or relocate the event where required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Registered participants will be notified by email.

6. Travel, visas and permits

Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, visas and permits. The organiser does not guarantee the issue of any visa, permit or government approval, and cannot make commitments on behalf of governments, embassies, ministries or immigration authorities. Where support with an application is offered, it is limited to supporting documentation about your participation.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

The Expo provides a platform for meetings and exhibition. The organiser gives no guarantee of leads, deals, investment, returns or any commercial outcome.

8. Conduct and liability

Participants must follow venue rules and the instructions of event staff. The organiser is not liable for loss or damage to participants' property, or for indirect losses, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Data protection

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Questions: info@ameerexpo.com
